She worked as a research fellow at the Australian Council for Educational Research (Melbourne, Australia) and as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Liège before joining the Flemish Ministry of Education and Training. Currently she is the Flemish coordinator of Europass. This project, funded by the European Commission, aims to facilitate mobility in education and training across Europe.
