Increasing openness’ as well as ‘the possibility for participation’ are among the potential benefits of using data for policy decisions. In this session, we will demonstrate how BUDI Digital Twin — a virtual digital representation of the built environment— can raise transparency through the intelligent use of a combination of historical, current and predictive Open Data. We will also discuss how governments could provide more "lovable" open data in order to lower barriers for the adoption of their public open data and to accelerate their digital transformation.
